It's not "plays together", it's "plays together"+ "with kids" + adults implied +TWISTER. Twister has meant pervy things since its inception, regardless whatever original intent it may have had in theory.
My reaction was also less a snicker and more an "EGAD". Just unfortunate "not much thought went into this" like the Buzz Lightyear cup.
